Dr. Jill Gastonguay has been with Mechanic Falls Veterinary Hospital since July of 2015 and took ownership in September of 2017. She began working in the animal medical field in 1993 as a veterinary assistant and continued her education at The Ohio State University. She graduated from OSU in 2001 as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and moved back home to Maine to practice. When she is not taking care of your loved ones, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
Lisa graduated from UMO at Orono in 1993 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Lisa grew up with animals and was active in 4-H where her love for animals started. She joined the Mechanic Falls Veterinary Hospital in 1994 where she worked with Dr. Frechette for 25 years and now continues with Dr. Jill. She enjoys the outdoors, her horses, dogs and enjoys spending time with family and friends,
Arleile began working at Mechanic Falls Veterinary Hospital in 2021, but she started her veterinary career in 1984 as a receptionist. Her next place of work allowed her the opportunity to train while on the job and acquire the skills to become a valuable veterinary assistant.
She enjoys camping, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, and spending time with her 5 grandchildren.
Brandi grew up and lived in Penobscot County where she raised her two boys. She and her family moved to Androscoggin County at the end of 2019. Bridget has always had a passion for animals ever since she was a child. Bridget and her husband have three dogs named Coconut, Echo Lemon, Tayto and they usually have one foster dog at all times. Bridget started fostering dogs 10+ years ago and due to loving that so much she found a job as a CSR for an animal hospital 4 years ago. When

Bridget started fostering dogs 10+ years ago and due to loving that so much she found a job as a CSR for an animal hospital 4 years ago. When working at another animal hospital she made connections and on her time off she assists the Minnis Sanctuary with finding loving homes for dogs and cats. She also love being creative and draw pictures of her friends and family's pets, ear illustrations and do photo shoots for the available dogs at the sanctuary
Jess grew up and lived in Londonderry, NH her whole life (29 years). She graduated with an associates degree in veterinary technology from the University of NH. She went on to work at her first vet hospital in Manchester, NH and work there for 5+ years. Then this year (2024) she moved to Maine to live with her boyfriend. Her love and pass

She went on to work at her first vet hospital in Manchester, NH and work there for 5+ years. Then this year (2024) she moved to Maine to live with her boyfriend. Her love and passion for animals started at a young age. She always had cows and a horse growing up. She enjoys riding horses watching ox/horse pulling at fairs, going camping in Jackman, Maine, and spending time with her family and animals (2 cat, 2 dogs, a horse and 2 steers).
